Customer Reviews
Consistent quality, reliable store
This isn't my first time ordering from CraftZee. I picked up some more adhesive runners and a new craft mat. They're consistently good on product quality. My previous orders for things like washi tape sets and foam tape were always accurate and arrived well-packaged. Shipping usually takes about a week to my area, which is what I expect from them. It's why I keep coming back when I need supplies.
Detailed order experience
I placed an order for a scrapbooking starter kit, decorative stickers, and a washi tape set. The ordering process on the website was straightforward. My package arrived securely packed, and all items were present and in perfect condition. The starter kit included a good variety of basics, and the stickers were vibrant. I contacted customer service through their chat feature to ask about acid-free paper, and they responded quickly with helpful information. The only slight hiccup was that the tracking update took an extra day to show movement, but it still arrived within the estimated window. The quality of the paper and adhesive runners was excellent for my projects.
Great value on paper pack
Needed some new patterned cardstock and found CraftZee. I signed up for their newsletter and got a discount on my first order, which was nice. The 'buy more save more' on the paper packs made it even better. Felt like I got a really good deal for the quality. Shipping was pretty standard, no complaints there. Glad I checked them out.
Good quality, slow shipping
I ordered a die cutting machine and some metal cutting dies. The products themselves are solid, good quality stuff, worked great for my card making. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me, which felt a bit long compared to other places. Customer service was responsive when I asked for a tracking update though. Overall, decent value for what I got.
Cute stickers, took a bit
Got some decorative stickers and a small paper pack. Everything was really cute and good for my journal. It took 5 days to reach my house, which was fine. Happy with my stuff.

Anyone know if their shipping to California is super slow? Thinking about ordering a bunch of stuff for a project next month.
How are CraftZee's products compared to Hobby Lobby or Joann's? Is the quality similar or better for things like paper and stamps?
Hey, wondering if CraftZee is good for beginner scrapbooking stuff? Or is it more for experienced crafters?
Does anyone know what their return policy is like? Just in case I order too much washi tape haha.
Can you use more than one coupon code on an order? I have a first-timer one and saw another for like 15% off.
